Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped 24 to 48 hours from the time payment is made on a order. NREAZON uses USPS to ship out all orders made. Free shipping deals apply to US residents only. If products are delivered damaged please inform customer care as soon as possible.
Privacy & Security
The NREAZON site account information remains private and is not distributed to 3rd parties.
Returns & Replacements
All sales on Custom Toys and Art are final. Other items like apparel and accessories may be exchanged. If a refund is requested and approved you will receive the refund after product has been shipped back to the headquarters. We are not responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges. Refunds will be applied back to the customers account but any transaction fees will be taken out. We do not honor returns or refunds of NREAZON products from other websites.
Ordering
You must sign up for a account to place a order on this website. We only honor orders of NREAZON products made on this site.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We offer check out through Paypal. If you want to place a order with a credit card you can do that as well from the same Paypal page. NREAZON has the right to change of any of it products with out notice. Any Promotions of NREAZON products are only honored on this website and does not honor promotions from other websites.
Viewing Orders
You can view any past orders in your account. You must be logged in to view these orders.
Updating Account Information
You must be logged in to update your account information and making orders. You can also view wishlists, reviews, newsletters, and access your ordered down-loadable content.
