Tuesday, October 19th, 2010

Nreazon will be creating a Skateboard Deck for The ART of Skateboarding benefiting Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TSRHC) & The Dallas Arts, Fashion and Skateboarding Community on Saturday, November 6th, 2010.

The evening begins at 7:00 p.m. with Cocktails, Appetizers & Complimentary Valet at South Side on Lamar. Throughout the evening guests (1,000) will bid on and purchase their favorite artist’s skateboard & other auction items including one-of-kind limited edition hats and shoes. South Side on Lamar will display 175 skateboards designed by either a celebrity artist, TSRHC patient, clothing designer, graphic designer, or a local artist. Hype Skateboards will host live professional skateboarding at the entrance of the event. During the evening The ART of Skateboarding will present their story including the team video and a few words from Honorary Chairman Famed-Artist JD Miller and Professional Skateboarder and former TSRHC patient/Honorary Chairman, Jon Comer. Art Conspiracy

Thursday, December 10th, 2009

This turned out to be a great event! With over 150 artists that gave their time the day before the event to paint a picture within 2 1/2 hours to be auctioned off to charity the next day. Art Con was on December 12th and it attracted a crowd. There were over 1000 people that attended the event. NREAZON’s piece created lots of bidders with her piece and somewhere out there is a happy bidder that went home with this piece.

This year’s Art Conspiracy will be held at 511 West Commerce in Dallas. Once again the Art Conspiracy crew will transform an empty warehouse into a one-night-only art gallery and performance space. The event will feature music from Telegraph Canyon, The Crash That Took Me, The Boom Boom Box and RTB2, video installations from Edward Ruiz, art from 150 Dallas area artists and emcee, Paul Slavens, host of KERA-FM’s 90.1 at Night.

Art Conspiracy differs from other arts fundraisers because the artists do their work on site the day before the event. On the eve of Art Conspiracy, artists work in shifts to fill 150 18 x 18 plywood canvasses. During the actual event on Saturday, December 12, all pieces will be sold in rapid-fire live auctions. Starting bids for all pieces is $20.

Art Conspiracy Details:

Date: 7:00 p.m., Saturday, December 12

Location: 511 W. Commerce, Dallas, TX 75208

Participants: 150 Dallas Artists, 4 Bands

Admission: $10

Benefiting: Resolana

Society 6 Studio

Wednesday, December 9th, 2009

You can now promote NREAZON by endorsing her and promoting her posts on Society6. Doing this will help her maybe win one of the great collaborations. For example to be featured on the kidrobot Kronikle. You can head over to her studio here. It works as another blogging area to promote paintings, events, or sell prints. There are many artists on this site so it is worth checking it out.

other well known artists like Tara Mcpherson, Buff Monster, Sket
One, Nasty Neil, Nakanari, Spanky Stokes, plus many more will be in
this amazing show!

Art Basel Miami Beach is the most important art show in the United States – a cultural and social highlight for the Americas. As the sister event of Switzerland’s Art Basel, it is the most prestigious art show worldwide for the past 40 years.  In that spirit, for the duration of Art Basel, WST Worldwide & Kazilla Productions will be hosting the Multiversal group show – a unique series of exhibitions showcasing the works of many talented artists from around the world.

Multiversal is the brainchild of graphic artist and Wizard Sleeve Toys founder, Mike Franco and rising star Cassie “Kazilla” Williams.  Multiversal will occupy several rooms including a South Florida local artist room, an Art Institute student exhibition, the second Feminality art show (www.FeminalityArtShow.com), a custom toy show and several exhibitions and installations. Full details and itinerary to follow.

For the launch of Multiversal, Franco was determined to have Tara McPherson and Buff Monster collaborate on a huge painting.  “Once I had Tara on board, I contacted Buff Monster and he was honored to be a part of the show.”

A true mix of art on a variety of platforms, Multiversal will feature more than 150 top artists from the likes of Buff Monster, Sket-One, Mear One, Kano, Georgette Pressler (body art), Tara Hauck (fine art photography), as well as Aunia Kahn, Tofusquirrel and Jessica Sardas amongst others. We will be teaming up with 3 other reputable galleries; The Hive Gallery from LA, The Steve Brown Gallery from Cleveland and the D.E.A.D. Gallery from Belgium.

The Multiversal group show begins on Thursday, December 3rd and runs until Sunday, December 6th. It will take place at The American Legion building, 6445 NE 7th Ave in the Miami Modern District. Admission is FREE.  McPherson and several other artists will be on-hand for the event.

All of the art displayed during the Multiversal group show will be available for sale to the public. Part of the exhibition proceeds will benefit HandsUpNotHandouts.org.
